Land Transaction Tax is the buyer’s cost, not yours
Land Transaction Tax (LTT) is the Welsh equivalent of stamp duty – it replaced Stamp Duty Land Tax in Wales in 2018. It’s paid by the buyer of a property (to the Welsh Revenue Authority, usually within 30 days of completion), so as a seller it’s not one of your costs. You can check the current rates on gov.wales.
What about Capital Gains Tax?
If the property is your main home, you normally won’t pay Capital Gains Tax when you sell, thanks to Private Residence Relief. If it’s a second home or a buy-to-let, you may owe CGT on any profit – the rules and rates are on gov.uk, and it’s worth getting advice.
